Replacement Parts - New Parts - Upgrades - Any Parts at All
I am not a reseller of parts!
I don't get involved in marking up the cost of parts. What I do with respect to parts is this:I provide you with direct links to the parts needed and you order them. I locate the OEM part or a suitable aftermarket replacement with safe and reliable vendors that I use frequently and have had excellent turnaround time and product quality. You can have the parts sent direct to me or you can provide the parts to me once you receive them. This may seem like a pain, but, it shows that you are not overpaying for replacement parts and you know exactly what is needed for the Repair/Upgrade. I DO NOT stock parts new or used. I charge only for my time to fix your system - simple!
Last and most important, Not everything can be fixed inexpensively or at all when it comes to technology. I will be up front with you if it is worth the repair. Also, if there are known issues with certain systems (computers/printers etc.) there are situations when an issue can’t be fixed even with workarounds provided by the manufacturer. I will do everything possible to fix issues but even with the support of the manufacturer sometimes a product has a design flaw that you have to live with until the manufacturer provides a fix or replaces the model.
Hours of OperationI work out of my Home Office and I am available typically from 9:30 AM to 4 PM during the week (Monday thru Thursday)Friday 9:30 to 12Noon unless I'm in Orlando - Please text or call for Availability
ALL REPAIRS ONCE COMPLETED AND YOU ARE NOTIFIED THE REPAIR IS COMPLETEMUST BE PICKED UP AND PAID IN FULL WITHIN 48 HOURS*
Sorry but I do not have the Space to store your completed systems for an extended period of time
